The staff here is outstanding and there is convenient on-site parking available; you'll find a wide selection of tea, fresh bread, and eggs at breakfast.

I had booked a standard room with fan, but was given a really big nice room, with balcony, A/C, TV, fridge etc. The new rooms are super clean and bright, beds are comfy, and the showers were powerful with lots of hot water. Nice balcony. The new rooms lack some of the Balinese charm of other accomodations in Ubud, but there are also traditional bungalows inthe garden. Staff were friendly, although some seemed to be more efficient and reliable than others.
Breakfast was not as good as other hotels I've stayed in in Ubud. The fruit pancakes are the best option. The toast and eggs are just about edible. One day the breakfast I'd ordered didn't turn up - I guess they forgot - and the dishes weren't always cleared from the balcony, and were swarming with ants by the time we returned to the hotel in the evenings. The hotel owner and staff are all very friendly, but some are more efficient than others. We had arranged to hire a car through the hotel, but on the morning we were due to collect it we found out they had forgotton to organise it for us. As there was a festival taking place that day, most places were closed, and for a while it didn't look like we were going to get anything. However some of the younger reception staff made a few calls and managed to find us something at the last minute. The pool area could do with some attention as there are a lot if tiles missing - it did seem to be cleaned every day, but the water was freezing, even in the middle of summer!

It is in a reasonable location towards the monkey forest, a bit further down from the nice restaurants and about 20 metres off the main road so a little worrying at night as the staff and other locals hang out at the shop on the corner next door so a little intimidating for the alone traveller. I think for couples it is good. Breakfast was good, although limited in choice the food I had was of good standard.
There were bugs all over my room!! It was horrible, the bin was outside when I arrived so I brought it in.. It was empty so I didn't see the harm.. Anyway I put in a couple of items like tissues and an empty water bottle.. I then went out for a couple of hours.. When I came back there was a line of bugs climbing across the floor and all over the bin, I have never seen anything like it! I also felt some kind of grit in the bed and have some unusual bites on me since sleeping there. I have travelled all over Asia and have never had bites like this.. Burning days later and very painful regardless of cream or medication. I stayed at the Sri Bungalows on my last trip to Ubud and would always much rather stay there, better location, clean, fantastic staff and rice paddy on site! Just book early as its soon full! Staff at the Warsa were also quite rude, often laughing when I asked questions about things. Did not help make me feel safe and made me not want to report the incident with the bugs. Also they made me pay higher, the website states it in dollars but when you arrive they make you pay in rupiah at a much worse conversion rate. I was ripped off! Unfortunately I was too exhausted to care.

Friendly staff, nice pool area, good bed.
The bathroom did not smell very well and there was no warm water. On arrival, there were no towels / toilet paper in the room. The electricity sometimes broke down. I think I payed too much for this hotel.

The location of this hotel was excellent, just a short walk to the city centre and close to many shops and restaurants. We also found it convenient to have an internet cafe just down the street. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive, especially the pool which was well-maintained and a great size for the price. The breakfast was simple but enjoyable and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Everything was spot on!
